we have a photo in which Mousicles looks utterly exhausted and yet triumphant, with Jasper by her side. heh.

I don't know what else I should tell, because I don't know if Mouse or Mr Tops would rather do the honours?

I'll send you the email that Mr Tops sent round, Wenchy... hold on, no I won't, you're on the recipient list too! I thought you would have been but there you go :)

Schweet! Heard the news via Mr C (abridged version..."He's here, they're fine") got home, typed something here, then checked my email...probably should have done it the other way around :) (blush).

heh :)

Wenchy, that gravatar!!! where did you find that typewriter? apart from the WTF, it's an old 60's/70's cartoon thing, isn't it? it's ringing enormous bells in the dusty caverns of my brain. the same people who made Cool McCool, if I remember rightly.

ooh, actually, I just did some Googling. I think it's from a 1970/71 cartoon called Tomfoolery. I thought it was freaky and disturbing and fabulous all at the same time - and for once, that seems to have been the concensus at the time and it was pulled.

... you know when something touches a memory and you just have to scratch it?

It's from Sesame Street! The typewriter types in a letter and things start happening around it. I used to love Sesame Street before it started being filled with semi-literate baby monsters.

Wenchilada said...

Yes, it's an oldie but a goodie. Sesame St. Think "Noony, noony, noony, noony".

One of my faves and quite apt for the constant state of WTF I seem to be in these days...

Don't have e-mail at the moment so I will have to wait for pictures of lil Jasper. Glad to know he's here.

I got to hold him lots last night 9 I loooove newborns) but forgot to take any photos.
He has dark hair and good nose and long fingers and wrinkly old man skin.
so fabulous

I reckon he looks like Tops in the photo.

Heh first thing I thought was that there is absolutely no doubt who his father is! (Mind you, seems to be a running theme with most newborns.. especially firstborn males.. can't be a coinkidink!)

ok... gone now!

the Dinghy will have to be the exception to the rule, Megling, because he looks exactly like my brother, but with my eyes...

Jasper looks like daddy from the front, but the profile Tops just sent round looks so much like Mouse!

Min? your dodo address is bouncing - do you have another?

Mindy said...

Not yet. *Thinks lots of nasty words about Dodo.* Once they get their codes off the line, we can get our new ISP on, hopefully later this week. when we do the e-mail will be the same bit at the front followed by @bigpond.com.
